2011-2030: from disorder to the new type of order

Nowadays we have fading of long-playing aspect Pluto-sq-Uranus, which was a marker of destabilizing events in a number of countries and in international relations at all. Let's consider it more detailed.

1. The final Uranus ingress to Aries 11 March 2011. The square with Pluto began to converge. A very strong earthquake in Japan, a tsunami, an accident at the Fukushima-1 NPP, death of 27,000 people. It is controversial that there was a more significant indicator - Uranus ingress to Aries or the beginning of Uranus-square-Pluto, possibly 50/50.

2. Further convergence of Pluto-square-Uranus. In 2011 and later, the Arab Spring is a surge of revolutions and civil wars in Muslim countries.

3. Most strong surge of destructive patterns in the spring of 2014, when was formed the grand square configuration of Pluto-Uranus-Jupiter-Mars. Ukraine has lost some of its territories (the Crimea has been annexed to the Russian Federation, and half of the Donbas has been occupied by Russian-backed self-proclaimed republics). In Syria, instead of the two hostile parties from 2011 (Bashar Assad and all against him) have become four forces, each of them fights against the other three (Bashar Assad, the Islamic state, moderate (compared with the IS) islamists, Kurds).

4. The last one before leaving the 5-degree orb of the ascension of this aspect in early 2017. Donald Trump elected to the post of US president. He is unusual and contradictory person. Trump’s presidency will lead to some destabilization (conflicts within the United States, new realities for international relations). Many things will not be the same as before.

But although the two planets are strong by the sign – the orb is probably more than 5°, maybe even 8°. So action of aspect Uranus-sq-Pluto accounts for all the time of the Uranus in Aries (until 15 May 2018 or until 6 March 2019), while some further destabilizing events may occur. So almost all of  2010s are the time of  plunging the world into disorder.

 Let's return to the spring of 2014 when the main part of the influence of Uranus-sq-Pluto has worked. Noticeably the hurt of the planets in the charts of Ukraine and Syria, namely two types of hurting: 1. The heaviest first (conjunction, two squares, opposition) falls to the middle of the cardinal sings. 2. The less severe second (two semisquares, two sequisquares) falls at the end of the fixed signs. Ukraine – the transit grand square hurts natal Venus (28 Leo 09, ruler of 4 h) by two semisquares and two sesquisquares. That means threat to security, reduction of territory.

Syria (16 sep 1941) – a transit big square hurts two planets at once (Mercury and Saturn) with both types of hurting. Chart on the picture without rectification, but obviously there is a severe damage to the 4th house. Because in the territory of de jure Syria now are four states (Syria-for-Asad, Syria-against-Asad, IS, Kurdistan), each of them fights against another three states. Because Ukraine (24 aug 1991 Kiev 14:36 UTC) has a defeat only in a less severe second type. Therefore situation for Ukraine is not as catastrophic as for Syria.

Conclusion. In general, after the 2010s Pluto-sq-Uranus, in a number of states and generally in international relations, the situation is less stable than before. Lots of uncertainty and disorder. To improve the situation, we need fundamentally new approaches and solutions.

Future. If we look at the constellation, for example, on 21 July 2026, then we see a very interesting harmonic configuration. Namely the trapezium of Pluto-Neptune-Uranus-Jupiter in 4° of several signs. Configurations from slow planets like this are extremely rare. If we consider only the configuration of the bisexstile of Pluto-Neptune-Uranus, then it will be maintained until 2030. So in the first half of 2020s, the global situation will be at least better than in 2010s, but the consequences of destabilization in 2010s will be significant. In the environment of politicians and experts, conclusions will be drawn, ways to improve the situation, new norms and rules will be considered.

In geopolitical plan 2026 year will be the time of important decisions in many countries and in the international arena, and written and unwritten rules of the new order in the world and individual states will be established. The negative effects of the 2010s events will be overcome. This is true for the whole second half of the 2020s (time of bisextile Pluto-Neptune-Uranus), but 2026 will be the most saturated in this planet (the configuration is more precise, completed by Jupiter to trapezium).

In addition to the milestone political decisions at this time will be made a significant leap in the development of alternative energy, reducing the use of oil and gas. It will be obvious that the end of oil-and-gas age is not very far.
