Numbering of degrees

There are two ways of mathimatical titles of thirty each Sign's degrees. They can be called American and Russian.

In American way, the degree is called by number wich is completly done. In Russian way, the degree is called by number wich is accumulated.

Numbering of degrees

Russian way is using not only by Russian astrologers, also by astrologers from neighbor countries (Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia and Kazakhstan).

According to American way, mathimatical titles of degrees are from 0° to 29°. According to Russian way, mathimatical titles of degrees are from 1° to 30°. The degree, marked by a certain number in American way is the degree marked by a number more per unit in Russian way.
Title 1° means from 1° 00' 00" to 1° 59' 59" in American way (read as one degree) and from 0° 00' 00" to 0° 59' 59" in Russian way (read as first degree). 

Title 17° means from 17° 00' 00" to 17° 59' 59" in American way (read as seventeen degrees) and from 16° 00' 00" to 16° 59' 59" in Russian way (read as seventeenth degree).
